Self-Paced Continuing Education

 

Overview


 The Electrical Association is excited to announce the addition of Self-Paced learning to our line up of continuing education courses. These courses offer the convenience of online learning, at your pace, while still providing exceptional training the Electrical Association is known for.

Once you purchase a course, you will have 3 months to complete the required materials. You will receive directions on how to immediately access the class. You must complete all sections of the course, and receive a 70% or higher on all section quizzes and the final exam. The MN Department of Labor requires that the final exam is closed book; however, you may reference the National Electrical Code book. No student information will be sold or distributed to any third party without prior written consent of the student. Taking this course does not constitute consent. Thank you for learning with us! 

2CE Self-Paced Courses

2020 NEC Grounding and Bonding
NEW! Approved for 2 CEU's in MN, WY and MT (more state approvals coming soon!).

This 2-hour (2CEU) course will allow participants to apply the 2020 NEC in their daily electrical work. Applications and examples are included to further the attendee’s understanding of the code and application thereof. The 2-hour session encompasses NEC Article 250 and associated articles.

Your Certificate of Completion will be available upon completion. The Electrical Association will be notified of your completion and will submit your CEs to the Dept. of Labor. Wyoming and Montana license holders to submit their own certificates for CEU's.

This class is designed to cover many facets of the NEC and keep everyone engaged with interest in various code topics from grounding, residential wiring, industrial electrical services to pools, healthcare wiring and fire alarm supply circuits. This is a fast paced class with a great deal of information to review. Definitely a great value for your investment in your electrical knowledge.
